NCIT a Toshiba Pro-Care Provider
NCIT has now achieved an accreditation as a Toshiba Pro-Care provider. Under the Pro-Care agreement, NCIT can now offer warranty repairs of Toshiba Notebook computers.

NCIT appointed Dealer for Alcatel-Lucent
Following a rigorous certification process, NCIT has been appointed the dealer for Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX telephone systems in the Northern Rivers area.
NCIT sought this appointment to be able to offer customers a full set of business solutions, including state of the art telephone systems integrated with their existing IT infrastructure.

Due to rapid expansion and our desire to be more visible to the local business community, we have decided to move our main offices into the CBD area of Ballina.

NCIT expands it's coverage on request from major customers
On request from several of it's major customers, NCIT has decided to expand it's coverage into Queensland.
The expansion is done to increase the reach and offer services along the entire Eastern seaboard between Coffs Harbour in the south and Brisbane in the north.
NCIT intends to use the expansion to open a second warranty repair centre in Nerang, Queensland, but warranty repairs of laptop and desktop computers as well as printers, faxes and scanners have been done in the warranty repair centre in Ballina. The new repair centre is expected to shorten turnaround time and improve service to customers of NCIT.
The new office at Nerang is expected to be formally opened on 15 November 2006

UDS becomes North Coast Information Technology
Universal Data Sequence Pty Ltd has sold its IT business, UDS Technologies to NCIT.
UDS Technologies, originally founded by Dennis Nicolle in 1992 was the biggest and longest established IT Solutions provider of its kind, located in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales.
The acquisition of UDS Technologies makes NCIT the largest and most capable provider of total IT Solutions in the area.
NCIT had previously shown interest in acquiring UDS due to their large and established customer base says Ari Palsson, Managing Director of NCIT.
